SYL(sharp, ribbed, long)
standard point shape for excavator buckets Wears sharp for excellent penetration; Y-rib adds strength and extra wear metal for tough digging jobs.
SD(sharp, chisel)
Chisel shape with sharp profile for excellent penetration; greater wear metal than pick-shaped point options.
Flare
Sharp, flared bit for trench clean-up. Also a popular point for tooth-type side cutters.
Pick, Twin Pick
Pick shaped points for maximum penetration for frost, shale, slate, and other tough-to-penetrate materials. TVIP points protect and cut clearance for bucket corners.
Point Shapes for Front End Loaders
TG(dual-purpose)
Standard point shape for loader bucket applications. Non-centerline design for flush cut and clean-up; typically used with 1-leg flushmount adapters or with 1-1/2 leg adapters and lip shrouds between the adapters.
AG(abrasion)
Extra heavy-duty point with large wearshoe on bottom for maximum wear life in severe abrasion. Significantly more usable wear metal than other abrasion-type points on the market today. Slim top profile provides excellent penetration.
ARLB(abrasion, rock, long)
Designed for severe abrasion, tough digging; loaders, hydraulic face shovels, and ESCO® Zipper Lip®, etc. Excellent wear characteristics.
