carbide-edged AR350T or all-hardened-steel AR350ST

Easily fits to RayGo, Bros, and Caterpillar drums that use "L-type" or spade blades. Carbide-edged AR350T (or all-hardened-steel AR350ST) flat tool rapidly cuts through extremely hard soils, while hardened alloy-steel body protects block face from breakage and premature wear during operation. Simple installation: just insert bit into AR35 block and retain with washer and self-locking nut. Total time for a COMPLETE tooling change: usually about 80 minutes, a 60 percent reduction from the 3 1/2 hours required to change most conventional systems. Easily welded with a 7018 or 8018 low hydrogen rod. Thread size is 7/8"-9 UNC.

CH31SR

Specially designed bit for use in the AR30C holder for use on soil stabilization/asphalt reclamation machines tooled with the AR35/AR350T system. Large carbide diameter provides added protection in abrasive mixing conditions.

To provide more versatility to the AR350 tooling system, Kennametal has designed the new AR30C bit holder which accepts two CH31SR conical bits. Simply by unbolting the AR350T tools, and bolting in the new AR30C holder, your soil stabilization machine is converted to a reclaimer to tackle the toughest jobs. Washer and self-locking nut included. Thread size is 7/8"-9 UNC.

carbide-edged AR150 87 or all-hardened-steel AR15087ST

For asphalt reclamation, soil stabilization, fine grading, and augering in soft to medium-hard material. Available cutting faces: carbide-edged or all-hardened-steel. Carbide-edged bit has a 1.50-inch cutting face width for added block protection. Swept-back carbide edge provides exceptional tool life. Nonrotating, non-self-sharpening. Requires an LR87 retainer.

Heavy-duty design (has a machined step for nonrotating tools). Has a .875"-diameter bore. Accepts AR150 87 bits. Easily welded with a 7018 or 8018 low-hydrogen rod or equivalent wire.

Fits Bomag® MPH-100 soil stabilization machines. Knock-in, knock-out tapered shank enables quick tool changes. Available cutting faces: carbide-edged or all-hardened-steel. Carbide bit has a swept-back design to provide fast penetration and long tool life.
